Trying to fix my main computer think motherboard and cpu fried trying to find a new motherboard and cpu that works with my old shit

trying to just replace the motherboard and cpu but not sure if memory is to old to work on new motherboards

best thing is to replace it with the same MB and CPU to grantees it will be compatibility with your older hardware.  Try to replace the cheaper hardware first to make sure it a easier fix.  be sure that the replacement part and trouble is worth the money and time.  buying a new PC might be cheaper in the long run

I thought about just trying my luck at replacing with the same but that means Ebay its older still thinking about it




My budget is 0 Lol  I rob peter to pay paul so its one of them weight my options and deside what to do

I dont know anything about how some of it really works so was kind of hoping someone say ya ddr3 and 240 pin works on any and the 1600 2200 2400 etc didnt really matter =))))


I just have a problem with every time this happens I try to go cheap and 1500 bucks later im deeper in debt

im open for any cheep ideas thanks for your help and time

dumped the run on questions as stated above not knowing I always go over board any thoughts
