--Raiding with other raid teams--
We understand that with limited content in EQ some people may wish to raid with other raid teams in order to experience the raid game on different toons. We are fortunate to have an open raid team in Freelance on the server for those that wish to take advantage of that. However, there are a few limitations
1. SR raiding members may not raid with another raid team on their main character on events that would cause a lockout and prevent them from attending SR raids. If they wish to attend a raid on their main that is older content and is unlikely to be a current raid target, that will be allowed. Make sure to communicate with Raid Leader and or Leadership prior to your plans.
2. SR raiding members may not raid with another raid team on any character that is in direct competition with SR for server firsts. In the past Freelance has been brought up as a competitive force, however, we are considering Freelance as a non-competing raid team.
Expectations of Full Members and Applicants:
1. What Silent Redemption requires from raiders - Extensive knowledge in their chosen class and the roles it is able to play in all raid situations. Following all strategies provided by the Raid Leader and all raid mechanics and emotes. 100% effort and focus. Applicants are required to maintain 70% raid attendance over both 30 and 90 days.
2. What Silent Redemption expects from raiders - 100% undivided attention. Ability to adapt and overcome on any event or situation. Utilization of Maps, GINA, Gamparse. A general Knowledge of raid events / mechanics / other class roles in any given situation. A general idea of their loot path. Asking questions and or requesting clarification if they are confused at any point.
--Expectations of Casual Members--
1. Must be Level 85+ (preferably 105+) to even be considered for Casual Membership: They must be your main, family member, friend of a guild member and/or have played with guild members. A potential casual raider who can fill needed raid roles or is unable to meet our raiding standards and schedules.
1a. the reasoning for Level 85 minimum is due to the current Heroic Character system. Returning players, may not always be within 'X' level of the current expansion, heroic character is a good starting point for this situation.
2. Casual Members are expected and required to carry the Silent Redemption tag with respect, respect of its members, respect of its rules, respect of its surrounding community.
3. Any Casual Member that has been approved by Leadership to participate on our scheduled raid's are expected and required to follow the same standard's we apply to applicant's. Casual Members will be "Benched" first when the raid becomes full.
The Rules and Penalties:
Full Members - If you fail any of the 3 simple rules before, at or above Strike III, there will be disciplinary action, depending on the severity not limited to Guild Removal. In other words, prove that you wanna be a full member. Prove it with a positive Attitude, excellent performance and with respect.
Casual Members - Depending on the severity of the situation, you will only be given Strike I, If you tarnish Silent Redemption's reputation or attack another Guild Member by any means or action you will be Guild Removed immediately without warning. In other words, prove that you wanna be apart of Silent Redemption. Prove it with a positive attitude and respect.
1. Don't be toxic:
Treat everyone with Respect. Talking to your Guild members or the EverQuest community in a disrespectful manner is not prohibited (there is joking and then there is being a "Toxic" individual). Silent Redemption will not allow this. If you have a problem with someone, Contact Leadership, Give constructive respectful criticism, use /ignore until the situation is resolved.
2. Don't be an underperformer:
Failing emotes on new events or due to raid mechanics (stuns/mez/lag/charm) happens, Failing emotes because you are watching TV, not using GINA/Text/Audio Triggers or by simply not paying attention because you think it doesn't matter, will not be tolerated.
Failing to perform at your role in the raid (DPS, ADPS, Healing, Tanking, CC, raid mechanics, ect.) will not be tolerated. Everyone has their bad days, don't make a habit of it.
3. Don't be detrimental:
Intentionally failing emotes and raid mechanics. Trolling the raid by running mobs all over the place, memory blurring, killing charmed players or any other action that you are doing to be detrimental to the raid and respectively the guild as a whole. These actions will not be tolerated.
Strike I - Contacted by an officer given a warning to clean up your act and or settle your differences
Strike II - Probation. Benched for the raid night(s) and or possibility of no RPP for the raid night(s)
Strike III - Depending on the severity further probation and or up to Guild Removal because you are no longer a fit for Silent Redemption
--Officer Adjustments on the Fly--
When any situation arises that is not explicitly covered by an existing policy, the online officers will convene and make a ruling based on the current available information. Afterwards, the officers will discuss the situation and if a new policy needs to be introduced, it will be added to the appropriate Policy.

Improvements or Features / making polls
« on: June 19, 2018, 08:40:54 PM »
when i make a poll, and i make it so everyone can change their vote in that particular poll. if i go in and edit the poll in anyway it will lock the poll and not let people have the option to change their vote at all.
i guess im asking if the Poll maker edits their poll, have it not break after they hit save.

General Discussion / Re: Waves
« on: June 12, 2018, 09:25:13 PM »
well, if your starting from scratch again, what do you feel about playing a cleric? Cleric takes very little to become raid ready. and i would go out of my way to get you L110, EoD1 and a full set of Conflagrant armor, you would just need to put in the work of learning your spells!
