I need to get a new hard drive for my grandsons Computer

His has one that is 250kb but says its full
When I look at storage in windows 10 its says 192kb is used under apps but I cant really see that.
I filter by size and the ones that use any KB I get like 25kb. There is a good hand full of ones that says MB but I cant see them totaling 192kb
unless im missing something I think the hd is bad it is few years old and was talked in to a refurbished at the time it was built

Was hoping for some help on getting a decent one with out breaking the bank

This is the motherboard https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132255

There are a lot of black friday deals on SSD. You should be able to get a really good deal on it. I usually get 500GB SSD and it's enough. Go with WD or Samsung.

If his board supports M.2 I'd suggest the following amazing deal for a Samsung 860 evo 1tb.  At the time of writing this, the price is $127.99. I ordered one for a build I'm doing.
